Terms Of Service

This is a not-for-profit site that offers free pre-made and custom designed graphics for personal webpages and personal use.

My terms of service are fairly simple and pretty much routine if you've already been to other graphic link-ware sites. Since I'm offering Catholic Christian graphics, I assume you have a family friendly website, however, it must be said:

1. Please do not use my graphics on any sites that have pornographic content or links to pornographic websites.

2. Though my graphics are Catholic Christian, I welcome all Christians to use my graphics provided they are not included on any anti-Catholic websites, including websites that link to other anti-Catholic websites.  CLICK HERE to read the tenets of my beliefs which are summed up in the Nicene Creed.

3. Do not alter my graphics nor mix the sets (meaning buttons, bars and backgrounds from different websets) with other graphics without my written permission. It stands to reason that you are allowed to add your own images as part of the contents of your webpage.

4. Do not directly link to any images on this website. I have included a zipped file that includes all graphics and the html code for each webset on each page of that set.

5. Though I do give God all credit for anything I create, since He is the one Who has blessed me with any talents I possess, I ask that you provide a link back to this website http://graphics.catholicgarden.com when using my graphics. Either a text link such as "Webset by CTherese Designs" or one of my logos will be fine. Some will claim these images as their own, and I've already dealt with that issue to no avail. But I firmly believe that God knows the truth and that is all that really matters to me. When I offer these graphics for use on your personal website, I do that with full knowledge that there are some who will abuse my offer. God grant them peace and mercy.

6. Do not hesitate to write to me if you have any questions or need any help. *smiles*

7. Most important of all, have fun creating beautiful pages that glorify our awesome God!
